About This Topic
Artificial Intelligence is a field of research in computer science that deals with the development of programs and systems capable of performing tasks that require human-like intellectual abilities. These systems can perceive their environment, learn, make decisions, and tackle challenges that previously only humans could handle. Artificial intelligence finds applications across various domains such as energy, manufacturing, transportation, and more. Over the past few decades, the field of artificial intelligence has witnessed significant advancements, revolutionizing how we approach complex problems and tasks. With the advent of big data analysis methods and cutting-edge digital tools, artificial intelligence has enabled researchers to understand human behavior, societal structures, and cultural dynamics. By harnessing the power of machine learning algorithms, neural networks, and natural language processing, artificial intelligence has empowered machines to comprehend language, translate text, and process information at unprecedented speeds and accuracy. Moreover, the integration of artificial intelligence into computer systems has paved the way for studying long-term development dynamics through advanced analytical tools. By leveraging artificial intelligence capabilities to analyze extensive statistical data sets, researchers can construct dynamic models that offer insights into socio-economic trends and facilitate forecasting based on a combination of mathematical models and expert assessments. New steps in the field of Artificial Intelligence are related to the use of advanced computational tools, such as photonic and quantum co-processors. In this special issue, the interaction between the energy-related areas with ML, DL and how AI can be implemented in these areas will be investigated

Manuscript Submission Information
Manuscripts should be submitted through the LIDSEN Submission System. Detailed information on manuscript preparation and submission is available in the Instructions for Authors. All submitted articles will be thoroughly refereed through a single-blind peer-review process and will be processed following the Editorial Process and Quality Control policy. Upon acceptance, the article will be immediately published in a regular issue of the journal and will be listed together on the special issue website, with a label that the article belongs to the Special Issue. LIDSEN distributes articles under the Creative Commons Attribution (CC BY 4.0) License in an open-access model. The authors own the copyright to the article, and the article can be free to access, distribute, and reuse provided that the original work is correctly cited.
Submitted manuscripts should not have been published previously, nor be under consideration for publication elsewhere (except conference proceedings papers). Research articles and review articles are highly invited. Authors are encouraged to send the tentative title and abstract of the planned paper to the Editorial Office (jept@lidsen.com) for record. If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the Editorial Office.
Welcome your submission!
