Journal of Energy and Power Technology (JEPT) is an international peer-reviewed Open Access journal published quarterly online by LIDSEN Publishing Inc. About This Topic

This project aims to understand the energy and environmental risks in today’s dynamic world. Due to the low demand for fossil-based fuels in the past couple of pandemic years, the competitive prices of renewable energy had not been seen as a challenge as opposed to the pre-COVID situation. During the pandemic, we have seen a decline in environmental issues leading to lower environmental risks and energy demands. Currently, the demand for energy is nearly pre-pandemic, and it has posed risks to the availability and feasibility of sustainable energy. This project aims to understand how energy demand in the post-COVID situation is causing environmental risks. This collection of articles will range from novel techniques and methodologies of energy and environmental risks to policy implementation phases for energy and environmental regulations.
