Besides, quality control is imbedded in each step of the editorial process, and in each internal and external editors’ responsibilities. In this quality control system, all editors abide by the procedures, standards and ethical polices outlined by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), the Open Access Scholarly Publishers Association (OASPA), the World Association of Medical Editors (WAME) and Directory of Open Access Journals (DOAJ).
