About This Topic

Bearing in mind the differences between physical activity, exercise and sports, I would like to invite researchers to share their knowledge on its impacts on Health. As we all know, sedentarism is a paramount challenge to our living society. We need clear evidence on best practices to use the three referred domains in order to achieve sustainable changes. Both original and review articles are welcome to the topic.
