The author has retracted this article because the manuscript was developed based on the idea of transmitting the apportioned impact load to the coupler and receiving the load by each coupler. This leads to investigating the post impact performance of the coupler subjected to the integrity analysis. The load fractionation method was developed and used for research based on the approximation that has a substantial effect on design calculations. This needs some deeper and critical investigation before it is implemented by the design office.

As a result, the author and the journal have agreed to retract this article.
